Prof. Dr. Jamal Bakr Hassan Al-Tikriti.
Born – Republic of Iraq – Salah al-Din – Tikrit – 1957 AD – currently residing in Turkey – Istanbul.
He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in military sciences from Iraq.
He studied law at Al-Mustansiriya University – Baghdad – he obtained a doctorate in international law from
Lahaye University – Received his Ph.D. from Salman International University in International Law.
