Faculty Overview

The Faculty of Law and Justice is one of the important faculties that all societies need, given that societies, in their construction, structure, and stability, need judges, lawyers, prosecutors, directors, and many, many important places that are needed for a jurist who studies law. The Faculty of Law and Justice also seeks to excel in the educational and research process to prepare distinguished legal graduates in the fields of law and justice and who are qualified to be distinguished cadres in the field of the judiciary and the legal profession, legal departments, companies and banks, whether in the governmental or private sectors.

Faculty Vision

Raising the academic scientific level of law students by raising the legislative level and studying everything related to law and its sciences according to the scientific research methodology in order to qualify highly qualified legal cadres, in order to achieve the idea of justice that stems from the idea of right and duty.

Faculty Mission

Reaching graduates who possess knowledge, knowledge, experience and competence, and provide human societies with their needs from legally qualified cadres to cover the needs of societies.

Faculty Objectives

  • Forming the student’s familiarity with continuing education and pursuing scientific research, and developing his legal knowledge and developing it during his studies at the university and after graduating from it, with the application of what the graduate learned when practicing the profession in accordance with professional ethics.
  • Preparing specialized cadres in the various departments of law and justice, qualifying students and providing them with a high level of knowledge in their field of specialization in line with scientific progress and meeting the needs of society and the labor market.
  • Encouraging the cultural, artistic and social activity of students through the distinguished interactive environment at the university.
  • Strengthening scientific, practical and cultural links with faculties and universities, local, regional and international scientific institutions.
  • Encouraging scientific research, by carrying out studies dealing with new and contemporary topics, in a way that meets the needs of the individual, society and the state, and is presented by developments and modernity in civil, commercial, administrative, penal and international relations.
