Choosing a career path is one of the most important decisions our students face. So to help them achieve this, they receive the full support of the Centre, which was created by the university to guide them and help them start a successful career.

The Dating and Business Support Center is responsible for providing ISU students and alumni with career guidance. Thanks to the quality tools we offer them, our continuous training, and the advice of our experts on hand, their chances of success in the job market are much higher.

At this center, we accurately assess students’ interests, expectations, and skills in order to help them make the most important decisions for their future. At the same time, our team cooperates directly with different companies to help them find the best professionals in the market.

Determine your career path

Work experience does not begin until after graduation. Our university students start receiving offers of employment even before completing the programme. While many graduates are hired by major multinational companies, some prefer to join small and medium-sized companies or start-ups. Others go on to launch their own businesses. Thanks to the program’s innovative curriculum, comprehensive and unique internship program, and hands-on methodology, each student can determine their career path based on their interests and goals.

Small Business Program

At our university, we want to help students make the leap into the professional world with ease. And we know that during the first two years of a degree program, it is difficult for students to withstand the pressures of a real-world job. That’s why we created the Partnerships Program with our students. In the programme, students’ talents are matched and supported with a mini-project, where they will work and practice during different time periods throughout their studies.

WHAT WE OFFER

From students' first year, we give them access to a range of resources to improve their career profiles and enhance their employability.
One such resource is Career Development Training, an innovative tool that lays the foundation for training students into the professional world. Each year our tool is adjusted to the profile and goals of each group of students, since first-year students do not need the same support as those who have finished their studies.
There are many other resources we offer our students: sector-specific questions and answers, interview preparation, resume and cover letter review, and more. All this support is provided by specialized advisors in the different sectors involved, who carefully follow the professional development of their students.
